Where’re the products produced?
Our products are produced in the EU, specifically in the production facilities and warehouses located in the Czech Republic and Latvia. The teams of dedicated wood-furniture and toy designers and producers are based in these locations, ensuring the highest quality standards for our customers.
How do I clean the playground toys?
We recommend wiping the toys with a damp cloth. You may use detergent may be used, but please avoid abrasive cleaners.
What is the deliver time of the products?
Different products have different delivery times, depending on the kind of product and the location of our warehouse(s). You can see the information about each specific product under the ‘Shipping time’ section on the product page. If you have questions or specific needs, you can always contact us.
What happens if I order products with different shipping times?
If you buy products with different shipping times, they will be shipped separately, so the one with shorter shipping time will arrive earlier. We also use different shipping companies for different products, to optimize the service we provide to you.
Why do some products have long(er) delivery times?
Because we produce those products on demand. In order to offer you the large variety of sizes and colours we do without wasting materials, energy, or any resources in the process, we build your furniture once we know exactly what you want. Being responsible producers and taking care of the planet is part of our commitment to not only your children but also to the ones to come.
Can the playground toys and learning towers be used outdoors?
Yes! All playground toys (except the Montessori Multi-Balance set) are designed for both indoor and outdoor use. They’re made of water-resistant 18 mm birch plywood with UV film coating and edges treated with wax oil, to ensure best resistance while keeping quality. It’s recommended to clean and dry the toys after outdoor use.
